AOBOS Cancellation Policy

Written Examination
• Fees cannot be refunded after application deadline. Full payment is due to NBME with the list of candidates taking examination, two days after application deadline of January 15th.
• The AOBOS will refund 90% of the application fee, if cancellation received 30 days before the application deadline. (by December 15th)

Oral Examination
• The AOBOS will refund 90% of the application fee if cancellation is received 30 days before of examination.

Clinical Examination
• The AOBOS will refund 90% of the application fee if the candidate’s surgical log is not approved for the clinical cycle.
• The AOBOS will refund 90% of the application fee if cancellation is received within 30 days after the application deadline.

Hand CAQ Examination
• The AOBOS will refund 90% of the application fee if cancellation is received 30 days before of examination.

Recertification Examination
