AOBOS Cancellation Policy
Written Examination
Fees cannot be refunded after application deadline. Full payment is due to NBME with the list of candidates taking examination, two days after application deadline of January 15th.
The AOBOS will refund 90% of the application fee, if cancellation received 30 days before the application deadline (by December 15th).
Oral Examination
The AOBOS will refund 90% of the application fee if cancellation is received 30 days before of examination.
Clinical Examination
The AOBOS will refund 90% of the application fee if the candidate’s surgical log is not approved for the clinical cycle.
The AOBOS will refund 90% of the application fee if cancellation is received within 30 days after the application deadline.
Hand CAQ Examination
The AOBOS will refund 90% of the application fee if cancellation is received 30 days before of examination.
OCC Cycle Examination
